From the moment you arrive for our camps, you will be in safe hands. Our experienced drivers and coaches will meet you in Inverness (airport or train station) on your arrival to take you to the camp. Other transport arrangements can be organised, please let us know what you will require on your booking form.
You will also enjoy some sight-seeing on our excursions which will use a combination of luxury coaches and mini-buses dependant on our distance and group size. Scottish Junior Golf Camp drivers have full membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme from Disclosure Scotland.
You will stay in newly built accommodation in Dornoch, right in the heart of the town and only 5 minutes from the camp base. The 40 ensuite single rooms are equipped with shared kitchen and living areas, WIFI, and spacious wardrobes. The accommodation will only house Scottish Junior Golf Camp students and staff during your visit.
The historic town of Dornoch boasts a tranquil location, stunning scenery and sunny climate. The beach stretches from Dornoch Point heading past Embo beach to the mouth of Loch Fleet National Nature Reserve.
The town is famed for its impressive cathedral. Founded in 1224, it was restored by the Countess of Sutherland in 1835, and again in 20th century. Scotland’s top philanthropist Andrew Carnegie paid for some of its stained-windows.
